This unit comprises a single bedroom along with a distinct living and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a range of utensils and cookware for your convenience.

Guest access
The unit is entirely private and not shared with anyone. You will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire apartment. One of the closets is designated for storage of cleaning products and sheets, which you will have access to as well. The only shared amenity is the laundry facilities located in the basement.
Lease and Deposit
For stays of 30 days or more, a lease and deposit are required, and our office will reach out to you for details. For stays of 60 days or more, an additional cleaning is required.

A great value for where it is...I'd recommend it.
If you want a nice location on Forsythe park, with a very comfy 1 bedroom for a reasonable price, take this unit. It is near everything in walking distance...a wonderful store for health foods, (Brighter Day) and a few other cafes/restaurants. And looks out to the park. Though be aware that Whitaker is a very busy street. It didn't bother me much but if you need perfect quiet at night it might be an issue. Great air conditioning, cute efficient kitchen, good heat when it got colder. Laundry in the building was great. A great value for where it is...I'd recommend it. ~ review via Airbnb

I had an awesome stay! Christie (the host) was super responsive to issues/questions. Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidy. All amenities worked as they should. Forsyth is literally the back yard, steps away, festive activities everyday! Highly recommend! ~ review via Airbnb
